Buffalo, NY to Hamilton, Ontario Trip May 6-7, 2004
This page in testing status - ran into problems -
pictures were taken with new 5.2 mp Olympus camera -
file is about 12 times size needed -
have to learn new software package to fix this -
don't attempt to use unless you have high speed internet connection.
Ontario doesnt work at all.
Rob Millikin mentioned the 5-bell chime at Ascension, Hamilton Ontario had been
silenced for 50 years, ostensibly due to a neighborhood complaint about bell noise. The
5-bell chime (waiting for the other 3 to be donated) and the promise of opening a nailed
shut tower were too much to resist.
Not willing to pass a known chime tower on the way made this trip a delight.
