Niagara Falls, NY, Zion Lutheran,
MS-10-1912.
The only person there was cutting grass, so I figured I was sunk.
Wrong!
He was a bellringer when the original change ringing system was in operation and gleefully
said to me that I wouldn't want to climb the tower.
How right he was.
He supplied most of this information from personal experience.
The chime plaques are between the quite beautiful stained glass windows.
One look at that vertical climb and you can understand why it was not climbed.
Those little x's on the black keys are notes that are not on the chime.
